In this workshop, you’ll be guided to work with the energy of pomegranate to open new pathways of insight and inner knowing. With her support, the deep beauty of the world and your place in it will begin to be revealed.

Tea and Plant Meditation
We will discuss and practice ways to develop a deeper connection to plants from a perspective of reciprocity. By shifting from a mindset of "using" an herb for a particular ailment to being in relationship with plants and nature we can open ourselves to healing and spiritual guidance to live a more peaceful and purposeful life.

We will meet at the Los Peñasquitos Ranch House. We will take a short hike to find a sit spot in the forest. Please bring a cup for tea, a blanket or chair, journal, water, and sun protection.
